Sorry about the late start!  We ahve been studying the geography of the US.  We have had several worksheets.  Here is the list: The 50 states, State ID by cities, State ID by direction, Places by Latitude and Longitude.  We have been to the lab 3 days also.  A classroom credit was given for 20 points for working there.  At the lab, we took a test of identifying the 50 states and a quiz of 20 MC questions over lat and long.  Today, we took a map test over important cities, the Great Lakes, and geographic areas of the US.  We also handed in a climate map of the US today.  Next week we start a unit on economics.  We will solve out national recession in our class!  (NOT!)  Drop me anote when you like.  I'll respond when time allows.  Thanks and we are off to a great start!
